BlackBee has announced the appointment of Sarah Dineen as Chief Risk and Compliance Officer. This is a role that has been approved by the Irish Central Bank.
Sarah is the existing Head of Compliance at BlackBee and has been promoted to Chief Risk and Compliance Officer. She will be charged with integrating the functions of Risk and Compliance. She has over ten years experience of working in financial services, within control functions. Prior to joining BlackBee in September 2018, she held a senior compliance role with Barclays Bank Ireland. She holds a Law degree from UCC and an Executive Masters in Compliance from UCD.

We believe at BlackBee that an integrated Risk and Compliance function will be beneficial for the company, by allowing for more cohesion, consistent messaging and consolidated reporting. A combined function will also allow for greater resources to be dedicated to further developing our control culture.”
